These Terms of Service («Terms») govern your use of the Comfort Home mobile application («App», «Service») and related web pages. The operator is the Comfort Home developer («we», «Operator»). By using the App, you («User») agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
Comfort Home lets you view and post reviews about residential properties by address, save favorite addresses and reviews, and (with a subscription) receive notifications when new reviews appear. We are not a real estate agency and do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.
2. Account
- Some features require sign-in (Google, Apple, or guest mode if available).
- You are responsible for your account security and the accuracy of information you provide.
- We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Reviews and user content
By posting content, you confirm that:
- it reflects your experience or verified facts;
- you do not publish third parties’ personal data (full names, phone numbers, email addresses, ID numbers, etc.) without consent or combine an exact apartment number with a resident's name, phone number, email address, or other identifying details;
- it does not contain harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, or unauthorized advertising;
- it does not disclose current troop presence, military equipment, air-defence systems, weapons or ammunition storage, movement routes or timing, precise coordinates, or other operational information that could facilitate harm;
- you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and moderate that content within the Service.
New and resubmitted reviews may undergo local server-side checks for personal and military-sensitive data and text screening through the OpenAI Moderation API. A safe result may be published automatically; ambiguous or potentially harmful text remains non-public until a moderator decides. Explicit signs of current military or operational disclosure may be blocked automatically before publication. We may hide or remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice. 4. Paid subscriptions (Premium)
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple’s rules.
4.1. Auto-renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Renewal may be at the same price (or Apple’s updated price) unless stated otherwise.
- Manage or cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
4.2. Free trial
If a free trial is offered (e.g., 7 days), unless you cancel before it ends, a paid period begins afterward per Apple’s policies.
4.3. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Free and premium features
Features may change over time. Under the current launch configuration, users without a subscription may post reviews under the Service policy, save addresses and reviews without a product limit, and receive one free address alert if alerts are enabled. Premium currently provides alerts for multiple saved addresses. Any future benefits will be described in the App before they are offered.
6. Advertising
The App may show ads in a future ads-enabled release (e.g., through Google AdMob). Advertising is disabled for the current launch configuration and is not a current Premium benefit. See our Privacy Policy for data used for advertising.
7. Intellectual property
The Comfort Home brand, design, and code belong to the Operator or licensors. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided «as is». We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, review accuracy, or suitability of any property. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or decisions you make based on App content.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account in-app if available. We may restrict access for violations or technical reasons.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise. Contact: support@comforthome.app.
